{boutique love – sorting with style}

home office organization seems to be mission impossible for me.  our desk is in the far reaches of our house and, therefore, has yet to see someone sit at it.  but, i guess it’s not all bad –  it has become the perfect spot for everything that needs to be filed/sorted/stored/or forgotten about!

so, needless to say, it’s been a goal of mine to get my desk in shape and have it actually feel inspiring (rather than a lackluster dumping ground!).

enter sorting with style!  it’s a one-stop online shop for stylish office organization.  sayeh pezeshki, who launched sorting with style, also runs a daily blog called the office stylist with great advice on office organization + information on chic office supplies.

i think the above items would be a great start for transforming my home office!

what desk items do you feel are essential to keeping yourself organized or inspired?

  1. This is Piper’s official, personal, organizer consultant: I approve of all of the items in the images to help with her home office. I would also add a fun label maker. And yes, label makers will make organizing a home office a rip-roaring good time. Imagine opening a file drawer with all of your files labeled in the same font and size – pure heaven:)

  2. I’m sooo lucky to have my own personal organizer…poor Michelle is always having to help me :) Her house is so perfectly organized! One of these days I’m going to have to give in to her and get a label maker :)
