ok, it’s really not…but, it is in my head. i’m so ready to open the windows, air out the house and see grass again. oh, and not have to wear a jacket…that is freedom to me, it’s just so darn confining!
march, to me, is about anticipation and that glimmer of springtime…counting down the days until the snow melts and the flowers start to bloom. can you tell i’m anxious?! i think i’m going to go stir crazy if i can’t get outside and walk already. i know, i can walk right now…but, ugh, i’m tired of trudging through snow. i’m much better at hibernating through winter (maybe i’m part bear)!
so, i couldn’t help it, my thoughts this weekend were on all the things i’m looking forward to this month. how about you? what things are you looking forward to this month? i know i can’t wait until that one, strangely warm day when i actually want to be outside!
oh, and don’t forget to enter the shake it up giveaway! (click here). happy monday!

can’t wait until these bloom… we only have a few of them, but i just love when they pop up.

how good does this movie look? can’t wait to see it!

i get to start planning the landscaping for the side of our house, woo-hoo! this is something i’ve wanted to do since the day we moved in because as you can see, it’s in bad shape…and sadly, this picture is after we spent hours pulling out foot-long weeds!

I’m also looking forward to the Alice in Wonderland movie! I think the timing is perfect! I’m also looking forward to getting out and about with the camera. So far, it’s only been indoor shots
How I wish spring really were in the air! No such luck… Can’t wait to see what you have in store for your garden. Such inspiring images! XO
I can’t wait for Alice in Wonderland. I really hope I won’t have to wait too long before I see it. This month is filled with paper writing, final exams, a whole week off from school, and some time with my boyfriend (who is visiting me on his spring break). We’re going to create an outdoor garden on my balcony when he’s here. I honestly can’t wait.
The sun is out and snow is melting, now I’m just waiting for crocuses to start popping out of the ground… then spring will really be in the air! Lovely hyacinths – they’re my favorite floral scent*
I can’t wait for an ‘open the windows’ kind of day! Fingers crossed it will be sometime soon. The flower photos are lovely!
i was upset when i saw tim burton’s designs for Alice in Wonderland several months ago. i mean, he changed everything about the story and i was rather disappointed to learn that it’s a sequel instead of re-telling of the original tale.
but, i must admit, more and more, i’m looking forward to seeing it.
Katrina, I so didn’t know any of that about the movie. How interesting….so it’s a sequel? Well, hopefully it’ll still be a good story – it just looks so magical and cool!
