do you ever have grand plans that somehow never come to fruition? one of mine was to have an accordion file filled with cards for any and every occasion (organized, of course!). right now, i only have a box stuffed with cards, notecards, stationery and miscellaneous items – basically a hodge-podge of who knows what’s in there!
so i’m thinking i could start with this awesome emergency card kit from design army – love it!

Funny, I was just in my basement checking out my ‘crafts’ corner and thinking the same thing! I have a pile of Meri Meri cards from my days at my last job and it’s just sitting there. Really need to get organized! Those cards up there are fantastic!
I love cards! What cute cards. I have to say one thing in my life where I am organized are my cards. In the beginning of the year, I buy a whole stash of cards for all occasions so I won’t be left stressed at the last minute. I file them by month. On the last week of the month, I go through my card organizer and take out the cards I need so I can see it. And I won’t be late for the person’s birthday or whatever occasion.
Piper, those are adorable. I have a box with cards too but sometimes they don’t really fit the occasion anyway. That kit is awesome. Great find.
nice! the red/aqua/brown cards in the first photo are really callin’ out to me.
(the glee episode i was referring to on my blog was the one with the skating rink — none of the songs appealed to me and there far TOO much singing. they also added a lot of drama. i felt like i was watching a soap. that said, i LOVE LOVE LOVE the first 5-6 episodes.)

I find that I never have birthday cards when I need them. Really, I should just stock up, but I love finding ones perfect for each person. Maybe I should start planning a few months ahead right now.

oh I have one of these boxes too. My dream is to make a book out of my postcards- i love postcards and collect them for hears-yes i know it is not that eco-friendly but these are part of my travels/ memories and some of my friends.
