{my life is an open book}

a big thanks to beth over at hello, splendor for setting up this blog crawl – i’m excited to be participating!  it’s been cool getting to know the stories behind all these great bloggers.  thanks to sandy a la mode for passing the torch along to me!  i thought i’d finally talk about something my hubby would love on my blog…so here’s my life using my hubby’s fave movie EVER, star wars.
as i always say to him…”nerd!!”

this story doesn’t end here, in that way it’s definitely like the star wars movies!  be sure to check out the inglenook decor’s story tomorrow!

(btw, my hubby was completely geeked out about this post and helping me with it – now he wants to do a post on star wars tshirts – i’ve created a monster!!)

  1. HAHAHA This was so creative and fun!! Loved it Piper and I think you and your hubby definitely live an altered life of Star Wars :)

  2. fantastic, piper! i cannot wait to see and read all about your new adventures. what a great story. and who doesn’t dig hans solo or want to be princess leia? i rocked those long braids in a bun as a kid for a loooong time! : )

  3. Classic! What is it with fanboys for husbands – I’ve got one too! Good on you for fighting the empire – they were getting too big for their boots, anyway!

  4. Too funny! Have you heard the quote about Star Wars/duct tape? “Duct tape is like the force. It has a light side, a dark side, and it holds the universe together.”
