{OSR’s house guest of the month}

cool modern giftshappy monday everyone!  hope you all had a fantastic weekend and a great time celebrating mother’s day (we ended up making my mom’s favorite – ratatouille – for my mother-in-law – mmm!)

i’m kicking off a new series here on the blog.  i’ll be inviting bloggers to visit OSR each month and let us know what their picks are for that month’s theme.  should be interesting to see what each month’s theme means to them!

we’re kicking it off with one of my fave bloggers – will from bright.bazaar!  he’s one of my first stops for interior inspiration and color ideas – love his magazine roundups!!  will was kind enough to drop by and share with us his “market fresh” picks for may.  take it away, will!

Hello! It’s Will from Bright.Bazaar in London here with some shopping inspiration. The warmer weather is certainly starting to appear here here in the UK, and I have been hankering after rustic textures and soft blue and green hues reminiscent of a farmers market. So I’ve pulled together some of my favourite market picks to create the look – some products from Piper’s deliciously tempting One Sydney Road store and some from further afield. I love these wire stands as they are so versatile: Perfect for storing magazines and newspapers, just as they are for holding organic veg and fresh lemons. The ‘Olive’ cushion is pretty fab, too! What takes your fancy from these market fresh picks?

  3. What a great series! I love this month’s theme of mixing in pieces of spring and summer, now that’s summer’s approaching.

    Cheers!
