{color combo} chartreuse + navy blue

cool modern gifts

so last week i did a color combo post (grey + chartreuse) based on paper-source’s colorology.  it got me thinking that it would be fun every week to take one of the colors from the last post, add a new color and voila, new color combo!  that way, we get to see lots of different colors together AND i get to put my internet wandering to good use!!

love how bright, kinda preppy + modern this color combo is!  next week…navy blue + ??

  1. I never think to choose navy, but these photos are making me consider it!

  2. i know, there’s just something about these 2 colors together! not something i would have thought of immediately but i like it!

  3. Loving this feature! We’re thinking of painting a room inky navy blue, so I can’t wait to see what else you pair with it.

  4. I love how happy this color combo is. You cannot help but look and think of summer and sunshine. My other favorite pairing with Navy is white. I just can’t get enough!

  5. Hello Ms Chartreuse! :)

Love the idea and also these stunning pictures. This combination looks fresh and preppy all at the same time. I love it especially when mixed with crisp white.

  6. I LOVE this color combo!! Never even really thought about it, but it really is the perfect pairing! Navy has grown on me recently…I’ll have to add chartreuse to the mix now :)
